The model is part of Kästle's high-end RX line and is developed for skiers seeking maximum performance on a groomed piste.

With a relatively narrow waist of 68 mm, the RX12 SL respond quickly when transitioning from edge to edge and offer excellent grip on a hard piste. The 11.8 m radius at 160 cm makes them particularly suitable for short and dynamic slalom turns. The model uses World Cup-inspired geometry and a race finish, providing a precise edge grip and explosive behavior in short turns.

Technical Details

Condition: Used
Terrain: Piste
Level: Advanced
Radius: 11.8 m
Geometry: 122-68-104 mm
Bindings: Skis only (bindings not included)

Technologies

Sandwich Sidewall / Full Race Sidewall - A high-quality sandwich construction with vertical sidewalls for precise energy transmission and excellent grip.
HOLLOWTECH Race - Kästle's characteristic construction in the front part of the ski, which reduces weight and aids in smoother and more stable behavior at high speeds.
Infini Core RACE - A high-end poplar and beech wood core, combined with Double Titanal and carbon-glass fiber for high stability, power, and precision.
Double Titanal - Metal reinforcements that increase torsional stiffness and stability during aggressive riding.
Carbon-Glassfiber Winded Core - A carbon-glass fiber construction around the wood core for additional stability and dynamic response.
Updated Camber - An updated camber profile for strong edge contact with the snow and precise turn tracking.
Armoclad Topsheet - A highly resistant top layer for better protection and durability.
Metal Tip Protector - Metal protection at the front of the ski.
Graphite Sinter UHM Base - Features a Race Finish for optimal glide, along with Fast Grip tips and tails.
